Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any non-arrivals or cancellation made within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the full amount.

Gift Vouchers

Matisse gift vouchers are available for individual treatments or in any denomination of £5.00.

Late Arrivals

Please be aware that if you are late for your appointment, your treatment time may need to be reduced or rearranged.
